First Church of God in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Part-Time Finance Department Assistant to support the daily financial operations of the church. In this role, you will help maintain accurate accounting records, process payments, assist with payroll, and contribute to the church’s overall financial integrity. The position also involves supporting process improvements, special financial projects, and providing administrative assistance to the Director of Finance. Ideal candidates will have bookkeeping or accounts payable experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with tools like QuickBooks and Excel. This part-time role offers flexible weekday hours (20–25 hours per week) and compensation based on experience, making it a great opportunity for someone who values excellence, confidentiality, and serving in a mission-driven environment.
